One Piece TCG 2nd Anniversary 13/12

This will be a Sealed event held on Friday the 13th of December. It will be held as a substitute for the OP09 Pre-release event.

There will be special 2nd Anniversary Participation packs and cards as well as a special winner card for the 1st place player.
