8+ players:

• 1st: 3 packs
• 2nd: 2 packs
  
• Everyone else: 1 pack

12+ players:

• 1st: 4 packs
• 2nd: 3 packs
  
• 3rd and 4th: 2 packs
• Everyone else: 1 pack

16+ players:

• 1st: 5 packs
• 2nd: 4 packs
  
• 3rd and 4th: 3 packs
• 5th - 8th: 2 packs
• Everyone else: 1 pack
